Before creating blog we should take a look at google rules and policy about content we post in terms of making money from google adsenseThere are some exceptions of google adult content policy:
Adult content- we do not allow illegal sexual content,including image,video or textual content that depicts or Courage's rape,incest,bestiality or necrophilia.
do not post or distribute private nude or sexually explicit images or videos without the subjects consent.

Hate speech-We don't support content that promotes or condones violence against individuals or group based on race or ethnic,origin,religion,disability, gender,age,nationality, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity or whose primary purpose is inciting hatred on the basis of these core characteristics . this can be a delicate balancing act, but of the primary purpose is to attack a protected group,the content crosses the line.
Crude content-Don't post content just to be shocking or graphic for example- gunshot wounds or accident scene without additional context
Violence-Don't threaten other people on your blog.for example- do not post death threats against another person,
Do not post content encouraging your readers to take violent action against another person or group of people.
Harassment-Do not harass or Bully others, anyone using blogger to harass or bully may have the offending content removed or be permanently banned from the site.
Copyright-Don't copy and paste on your site
Do not images or videos from someone site without any consent
Personal and confidential information
-Do not post someone else's credit Carr numbers,social security numbers, unlisted phone numbers,driving license number.also someone else's photo without any consent.
Impersonating others- dont mislead or confuse readers by pretending to be someone else or pretending to represent an organization when you don't.

Step one
- Visit google
- Type blogger and click on the link 'www.blogger.com'
- Click on sign (on the top right side.)
- Type your email and password
- Choose blogger ( if they have shown you two options 'blogger and googleplus)
- Now click on 'create a new blog'.
- Now Type your blog tittle name and blog address and click create
Things to consider while creating blog
1. You have to give a name for your blog which is really catchy and glam and that should be rememberable for people.even your blog address also,I repeat that should not be along enough.
2. Try to give a nice blog address without giving 1 or 2 numbers in it. some people tend to go with giving 1 or 2 numbers in the blog address,well I wouldn't appreciate that if you find a name that which already has been taken by someone else then you have to find an another name for your blog which is catchy and impressive for people to remember.
Step four
your blog is ready.now click on 'view blog' on the top left side
Now you can see your blog
