It was the show called knock knock,an American reality television series hosted by Ryan seacrest.
This time knock knock live show picked Carmen and Nikia family.Nikia is a father of Noah who has down syndrome.
As Carmen said about their life at the beginning of the show that
" Nikia is an amazing father to his son Noah. When Noah was born he was diagnosed with Down Syndrome and he also had to have open heart surgery, when the doctors told him that he wouldn't walk or talk at the normal way,Nikia looked the doctor in his face and said my faith in God will make you question everything that you were taught in school.
Just watching two of them together it's inspirational.He really has taught me so much about love and patience. Along with his job he's an inspirational hip hop artist and Noah is a big part of the show I really want something good to happen for Nikia because he struggled long enough"
Nikia and Carmen never knew that a Canadian pop star Justin biber would come to meet them.
Finally Justin arrived at the church and he was so much happy to meet them as he prefaced "i am here to see my boy nikia and his son Noah who has down syndrome. I am here to give some love".
Justin asked nikia to do rap song with noah which was really entertaining moment for biber and everyone. But the moment when Justin biber rewarded $50000 for Nikia's family that brought tears in everyone's eyes,it was tears of happiness.$50000 was so much to Nikia family and they were completely contented the way Justin biber treat noah.

And finally biber said that
" For me being able to witness that is you know it almost brought tears in my eyes.Noah is an inspiration to a lot of kids with disabilities and who are struggling to fit in. I think they see that it can be reminded that anyone can fit it and anyone can do what they love and it doesn't matter what's going on.guys got a plan for your life and the purpose"
