In march 2003 google launched a new platform named adsense program for all who eager to make money online by serving advertisements in the form of image, automatic text,video to websites.but not all can make revenue from google adsense cause there are some rules and regulation involved in it, those who are not even comply with adsense polices will be terminated from adsense forever and there is 0% chance they can come back to google adsense program.so we always have to make sure that you are not doing any fraud activities for example,telling people to click on advertisments which is run by adsense in your websites.if you think its okai to do then you will face such a bad experience from google and there won't any apologize be taken by adsense so its up to you to take care of your account and most importantly think twice when you are inviting someone to join with your adsense account as a role of 'administrator'.

For instance
If you made a new AdSense account accidentally with new gmail id for your new blog or YouTube channel approval application while you already have one approved adsense account then google will send a mail to your new gmail account that saying

We notice that your account information matches a currently approved adsense account associated with ******@gmail.com (your approved adsense's email id)

At the same time if you log in to google.com/adsense with your new gmail id then you will see a message in the home page of adsense that saying

If Your application was disapproved because it matches a currently approved AdSense account,then you must close your other account before you reapply.

According to google adsense policies

Publishers only allowed to maintain one adsense account under the same payee name

Let's discuss briefly and clearly
Do not close your old account and even if you close your old account and send a new application then nothing going to happen, they will send the same thing again that

Your account a currently matches with an another approved AdSense account so we are rejecting your application at this time. close your another account before re-applying with your new application

Here we have to do something serious and just follow the steps given below to solve the issue

Step one

• Visit google.com/adsense and sign in with your approved account email id(your old email id and password)

Step two

• Click on settings - access and authorization -user management

Step three

• There you can see a box with invite icon. type your 'new gmail id' and click on invite.

There also you can see a small box right straight to your new gmail id

• give a tick mark √ in administrator box and make sure 'pending' is disappeared

Remember two things

• You can't invite any gmail id associated with adsense which has been closed by Google AdSense
• you can't invite your new gmail id if they have been kept you in pending while reviewing your new application.you have to wait until they reject your new application.
• You can now invite If they are showing in the google.com/adsense home page that saying  "we were unable to approve your initial application''

By clicking on box that you are agreed to give a permission to use and manage your adsense account.in this case its okai that both email Id are yours but be careful when you invite your friends or any other person to control and access your account because that person can entirely take your account by simply removing you and an option would be there for them.

Step four

• Now close all tabs and open gmail.com sign in with your new gmail id.

You will now receive a new mail from AdSense that saying

You have been invited to access an adsense account publisher id:**** using your own email address and password

• See no:4 in your mail and Now click on 'visit this link' with 'new incognito tab'

You will be redirect to AdSense home page
There is a message that saying

Invitation to access adsense*****@gmail.com(new gmail id),you have been invited to join an adsense account as the role of administrator.you need to be at least 18 years old and have a verified google account associated with this email address in order to sign in to adsense.sign in as *******@gmail.com to access this adsense account. 

• See the link at bottom of the mail which is in blue colour.Click on link ''sign in as ***@gmail.com to access this adsense account''.

You will be redirect to adsense home page and there is a message that saying

Thank you for joining AdSense
Successfully added ****@gmail.com(new gmail Id) to adsense account

• See the link at the bottom of the page and Click on the link 'Google adsense'

Now You will be redirect to AdSense home page

• click on sign in.Sign in with your new gmail id(an invited gmail id)

Step five
There is a list of options you can see in
adsense home page.

• Click on all small boxes right next to the options if you want.

*Customized help and performance suggestions
*newsletters
*Google market research
*special offer
*information about other google products and services

• Then click on 'save changes'.that's it 

A new administrator can 

1) add his/her own YouTube channel or websites to an account

2) View, edit and manage any part of an account

3) Can give account access or change another user's access level

4) Can see the list of users who have access to an account
