30% of the people never like soy and soy products because they think that its an unhealthy food.it contains estrogen and that estrogen may increase the risk for breast cancer in woman.

Soy contains plant based estrogens called isoflavones & phythoestrogen which can prevent and cure many diseases.
However, the estrogen in soy is different than our own body produce.
So it neither decrease the testosterone level nor increase the estrogen level.
So my advice is you need to stop hearing unwanted researches results about soy because as I said the isoflavones is different than the estrogen which human body produces.

If you still have doubt about it I would like to share the foods which contains twice the amount of estrogen than soy that we have been eating daily which contain animal and plant based estrogens.

Meat contains animal based estrogen even in eggs contain the same as the same amount of isoflavones in soy.when you try to kill female animals at the moment they produce more estrogen in their body so apparently we all are consuming animal based estrogen meat.

Estrogen in the chicken is identical to human estrogen cause they are the same molecules.
In seeds and dry fruits contain phytho estrogens (plant based estrogen).

Dairy has the same-to-twice amount of estrogen.for example goat's milk,cows milk

why people are not telling do not consume meat and dairy and dried fruits which contain animal & plant based estrogen?

Because it has the same amount of estrogens.if you curse soy products then you must curse the rest of the other foods which I mentioned above.

So what you have been hearing about soy is utterly falsehoods information.especially the increment of breasts size in mens.

So soy products are not harmful to human and also it doesn't decrease the testosterone level or increase the estrogen level.

How to cook soy chunk


Soy chunks
Black mustards
Chopped coconut
Onion
Green chilly (1-slit)
Turmeric powder
Red chilly powder
Garam masala
Curry leaves
Salt,pepper


  1. soak the soy chunks with cold water for 15 min and after that squeeze the chunks until the water goes out
  2. pan + oil[low flame] + black mustard seeds+ chopped coconut (saute it until the coconut turns into brown colour)
  3. add onion + green chilly(slit) + turmeric powder + red chilly powder + garam masala + curry leaves (Keep saute it until every thing mix together)
  4. add soy chunks + salt + pepper powder and toast it.make sure masala is nicely coated
  5. add enough water and bring up the medium flame
  6. serve it on the plate and garnished with curry leaves
